Two ways to style on FashPack
FashPack is a digital studio for personal stylists. Bring your own private clients, or let ours find you — choose the route that fits where your business is right now.
Private Access — style clients, keep every fee
For stylists who already have their own clients. Your own digital studio: style private clients from their real wardrobes, set your own prices, and keep 100% of every styling fee. A simple monthly subscription from as little as £13 per client, with no commission on your styling work.
Directory Listing — get discovered, get booked
For stylists who want new clients. List in the FashPack directory for free — no monthly fee and no subscription. App members find you and book curated FashPack packages directly through your profile. FashPack retains a percentage platform fee on directory bookings; you set your own service price within the platform parameters and keep the rest.
The Modern Stylist's Stack: business infrastructure for stylists
FashPack is professional workflow software for working personal stylists — the workspace a styling practice runs on week to week, not a place for one-off edits. Client management, lookbook production, client communication, delivery and analytics sit in one studio, so stylists can build repeatable styling systems and subscription services.
- Client management (stylist CRM) — a private client roster with contact management, individual client profiles, live and past edit histories, client status and capacity tracking, and wardrobe access per client.
- Digital lookbook builder — a canvas-based flat-lay styling studio with automatic background cutouts, drag, layer and resize control, shoppable product layering, stylist notes per look, and a cinematic lookbook reveal delivered to the client.
- Client onboarding questionnaires and intake — structured digital intake forms capturing lifestyle, occasion, sizing, budget, aesthetic vision, restrictions and wardrobe gaps, plus bulk client onboarding and private invitation links.
- Private client workspace and in-app messaging — each client has a private portal inside the app, with two-way stylist-to-client messaging. Stylists message their assigned clients in app rather than through DMs, email threads or spreadsheets.
- Workflow automation and task management — edit workflows with status tracking, automated client notifications, and scheduled or timed releases, such as an edit that delivers automatically every Friday.
- Repeatable systems and subscription styling models — recurring styling services rather than one-off jobs: weekly or monthly styling retainers, ongoing private client memberships and productised service tiers, run entirely on the platform.
- Business analytics — client engagement tracking, edit delivery metrics, review and rating performance, and seat or capacity utilisation.
What FashPack is not
- Not a creator economy or influencer affiliate tool — this is professional workflow software for working personal stylists, not a link-in-bio, affiliate storefront or creator monetisation product.
- Not only a consumer wardrobe tracker — FashPack is two-sided: a member app plus a desktop-optimised studio for stylists, with its own dashboard, client book and workflow tools.
- Not an impersonal gig marketplace — on Private Access the stylist owns the client relationship, sets their own rates, keeps 100% of their styling fees and can build recurring retainer revenue.
- Not limited to one-off edits — a one-off edit is one output; the platform is built for repeatable, scheduled, subscription styling systems.
FashPack is the execution workspace, client management system, lookbook builder and delivery vehicle for a styling practice. Stylists set their own rates and bill private clients directly; FashPack does not currently white-label under a stylist's own brand or invoice for work booked outside the platform, so stylists handle external invoicing and accounting in their own software.
FashPack for stylists vs FashPack for members
FashPack runs both sides of personal styling on one platform, which is what separates it from a wardrobe app or a stylist marketplace alone.
- For members — digitise the clothes you already own, receive a daily Forecast Edit matched to the real weather, log how each look felt, plan trips, read editorial, shop curated edits, and book a vetted stylist.
- For stylists — professional infrastructure, not a consumer feature: your own dashboard, a drag-and-drop outfit canvas built from each client's real wardrobe, private client invitation links, structured briefs, in-app messaging, review requests and cinematic edit reveals.
- Pricing — members pay a membership tier (free, Insider, Archive). Stylists either pay a Private Access subscription and keep 100% of their own styling fees, or list free in the directory and pay a percentage platform fee only on bookings FashPack sources.
- Client data — clients own their wardrobe. Stylists get temporary, read-only access for the duration of an active edit, with personal details anonymised unless the client opts into a Private Client tier.
How FashPack compares to Whering, Indyx and other wardrobe apps
Whering and Indyx are wardrobe apps built for one person — the individual who wants to see and wear their own clothes better. FashPack does that job too, and adds the layer they do not have: a studio and client book for the styling professional.
- A stylist business layer — your own dashboard, private invitation links, structured client briefs, in-app messaging, review requests and cinematic edit reveals. Consumer wardrobe apps have no equivalent surface.
- Two ways to earn — the directory is a mediated marketplace: FashPack sources the client, handles intake and payment, and retains a percentage platform fee on the booking, which suits stylists new to the industry or widening their client base. Private Access is the opposite shape: a flat monthly studio subscription, your own clients, 100% of your styling fees, no commission.
- A weather engine behind every edit — members receive a daily Forecast Edit picked from their own wardrobe against the real forecast, so the looks a stylist builds keep working long after the edit is delivered.
- A resale exit for clients — The Detox Edit lets you take a client through what they no longer wear and route it to donate or sell, with the Reflaunt partnership listing a piece across 30+ resale platforms reaching over 250 million second-hand shoppers. As of September 2026 neither Whering nor Indyx offers a comparable detox and resale exit.
Not sure?
Many of our stylists do both: bring existing private clients onto the platform to streamline how they work, and stay listed in the directory to meet new ones.
