How it works

1. Booking — clients discover you through the FashPack directory or your private invitation link. To style a client on the platform, your client needs to be an Archive subscriber.
2. Brief — clients who find you through the directory complete a structured intake form, delivering exactly the context you need: climate, occasion, vision, restrictions.
3. Studio — build outfits on the canvas from their real wardrobe or start from scratch, layer in shoppable picks, add stylist notes, and message your client in-app.
4. Reveal — your client is notified in-app and their edit unfolds in a cinematic reveal: beautifully presented, ready to wear, easy to shop.

Membership: subscription tiers from as little as £13 per client

A simple monthly subscription — no commission on your styling fees. Final tier amounts are confirmed at onboarding.

• Boutique — £150/month, up to 10 active private clients. Full studio access, personalised client invitation links, bulk client onboarding, 100% of fees retained.
• Studio — £350/month, up to 30 active private clients. Everything in Boutique, plus featured placement in the directory and priority client support.
• Agency — £550/month, up to 50 active private clients. Everything in Studio, plus founder badge eligibility and early access to new tools.

Common questions

Do I need to bring my own clients? Either. Bring your existing private clients onto the platform to streamline how you work, and/or be discovered by new clients through the FashPack directory. Many of our stylists do both.

How do Private Access payments work? Clients subscribe to Archive using your private invitation link. They pay you directly for your styling services and you keep 100% of those fees; your only cost is your monthly subscription tier.

How do directory bookings work? Once listed as a recommended stylist, app users can book you for one of three curated services. FashPack retains a percentage platform fee on directory bookings; you set your own service price within the platform parameters. See Directory Listing.

What happens to my client's wardrobe data? Clients own their wardrobe. You are granted temporary, read-only access for the duration of an active edit, and personal details remain anonymised unless the client has opted into a Private Client tier.

Do I need to be UK-based? No — the platform is global. We bill in GBP and the founding team is UK-based.

What if I want to leave? Cancel any time from your dashboard. Your client relationships remain yours and we will help you export anything you need.
